Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice can be rescheduled, however cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will be charged full cost.
The Equestrienne or instructors engaged by The Equestrienne reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a lesson/clinic for any reason including but not limited to weather, security or safety.
This policy is a guideline only and cancellations are at the discretion of The Equestrienne, please contact me regarding cancellation.
Waiver
All riders must complete the waiver prior to commencing lessons. Minors under the age of 18 must have a Parent/Guardian complete the waiver prior to engaging the horses.
Code of Conduct
Should riders act in an unsafe or disrespectful manner to instructors or horses, The Equestrienne and instructors engaging on behalf of The Equestrienne have the right to end the lesson immediately, without providing a refund.
Equipment
Helmets and suitable flat soled covered shoes must be worn at all times while riding.
Privacy Policy
Anyone who participates in activities The Equestrienne permits the addition of their e-mail to a mailing list for electronic newsletters and/or advertising purposes unless you advise us otherwise by emailing info@theequestrienne.co
Any client information collected is stored safely and is not disclosed to any third parties. Payment details including credit card numbers are not saved or stored.

Winter Wellbeing Package Details
Package must be paid for in full to receive discount. Horse and human can be used anytime but all package appointments must be used by August 31st. Multiple packages may be purchased.
Cancellations
If 24 hours or more notice is given, then you are entitled to a full refund or credit for a future booking.
If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or no show appointments will be charged 100% of the total fee.
Health Check
It is important that you inform me at the time of booking appointment of any medical conditions be aware of, including:
– Heart conditions
– Cancer
– Allergies
– Pregnancy
– Current injury
– Recent surgery
This information will enable me to provide the most appropriate treatments for you. In case of contagious illnesses, the session will be rescheduled.
General
I travel to your home or agistment in the Cowra district. Appointments may be made outside this area, however additional travel fees will apply. Please contact me prior to booking if outside Cowra and district. Although I allow enough travel time between bookings, due there can be unavoidable delays beyond my control. Due to the nature of a mobile service please allow extra time for your appointment as I can’t be held responsible for delays relating to traffic, road accidents and break downs.

The Equestrienne provides a professional and respectful bowen therapy service. This is a strictly non-sexual service and under no circumstances will sexual behaviour or language be deemed acceptable or permissible during the course of treatment.
